Vertical farming is a booming market, and Plantlab is at the forefront. Established in 2010, it has long surpassed the startup phase. Without pesticides and using 95% less water, Plantlab harvests the best nature has to offer. However, defining what exactly "the best" is proves to be a challenge.
Given the impracticality of highlighting all 48 unique selling points (USPs) simultaneously, choices had to be made. The challenge was to distill all the positives into a single narrative—a clear, recognizable, and consistently conveyed message to propel Plantlab's growth.
Approach
All things thrive in good soil. Therefore, formulating Plantlab's purpose statement was of paramount importance. Through a Brand Strategy and Marketing Strategy process, we arrived at a clear brand manifesto and a well-thought-out marketing plan. From there, we tackled the complete purpose branding overhaul and designed a new website.
